Entry systems use a fixed bundled sell price. Hip/ridge is converted to equivalent squares and included in that price. Eave/rake drip edge is included and never charged separately. Only genuine accessories and job conditions add to the system total.

Sales team: add any custom items with a description + cash price. Sums into LDI Row 12 (Misc) alongside the permit fee. Perfect for negotiation flex, one-off requests, or cash-priced add-ons the standard tool doesn't cover.
Enter the # of SQUARES affected by each condition. Not all squares may need every surcharge (e.g. only 8 sq at steep pitch on a 24 sq roof). Each square × doubled labor rate = added labor cost. Deltas apply to Row 4-8 (roof labor allocation). Marked up at your OH + GP + commission.

After base calculation, check any upgrades the homeowner selects. Each upgrade delta is calculated at your 30% GP target. Total bid = Base + Selected Upgrades. Perfect for the "here's what you get, here are your options" sales flow.

Pick ONE impact-rated shingle to match your homeowner's brand preference. All UL 2218 Class 4 — unlocks 5-25% homeowner insurance premium discount for life of roof. ROI 3-7 years on the material upcharge.
🏆 Extended Manufacturer Warranty Package — Brand-Matched SRD
Upgrades the base 2-layer synthetic to a brand-matched name-brand ice & water underlayment. Required to register the homeowner for the shingle manufacturer's extended warranty program. Auto-adjusts based on the shingle system selected at the top.

Full Deck and Supplemental SRD are mutually exclusive. Pick one: full-deck ice & water shield (whole roof) OR supplemental SRD (critical points only). If Full Deck is selected, Supplemental is not shown to homeowner.
🛠️ Extended Workmanship Warranty (Sales Team Can Toggle Free)
Base bid includes 1-yr OFR workmanship warranty. Extend it below. Only the 3-year warranty can be given free as a sales closing incentive — 5-yr and 10-yr are always paid.
